What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that QMK Westminster Limited has applied to Lambeth Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Point A Waterloo, 118-120 Westminster Bridge Road, London, SE1 7RW. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) - Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 01:00, Friday to Saturday 11:00 to 02:00, Sunday 11:00 to 00:00, Sundays immediately prior to a Bank Holiday 11:00 to 02:00, Sale of alcohol to guests for consumption by hotel/guests rooms only 24 hours. Films (indoors) – 24 hours Monday to Sunday. Late night refreshment (indoors) – 23:00 – 05:00 Monday to Sunday. Opening hours 24 hours Monday to Sunday. See full application for details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing department, Third Floor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, Brixton, London, SW2 1EG or licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  no later than20 August 2026 stating the grounds for representation. 
The register of Lambeth Licensing Authority and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.lambeth.gov.uk 
It is an o fence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
