NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/WE Bamboo Thai Ltd of 392-394 Hoylake Road, Moreton CH46 6DF have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Bamboo Cafe, Bar and Restaurant at 8a Dee Lane, West Kirby CH48 0QA for the following licensable activities:
Nature of Licensable Activity: Sale of Alcohol, Provision of Performances of Dance (Indoors), Provision of Recorded Music (Indoors), Provision of Live Music (Indoors), Anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance.

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, or by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 19/08/2026.
