What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Nova Friary 75 LLP in respect of premises formerly known as Revolucion de Cuba located at The Friary, Cardiff, CF10 3FA to Cardiff Council on 28 July 2026 for a premises licence.
The proposed application is:
1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 08:00 to 01:00 on Mondays to Wednesdays, from 08:00 to 03:00 on Thursdays to Saturdays and from 08:00 to 01:30 on Sundays.
2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 on Mondays to Wednesdays, from 23:00 to 03:00 on Thursdays to Saturdays and from 23:00 to 01:30 on Sundays.
3. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Cardiff Council, Enterprise House, 127-129 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5LE where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.cardiff.gov.uk.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to licensing@cardiff.gov.uk no later than 25 August 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
