Notice is hereby given that West Malling Management ltd has applied to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council for the GRANT of sale of alcohol (on sales) for the premises The Willowbury 236 London Road West Malling ME15 5AD Monday to Saturday 07.00 – 23:00 and Sunday 08:00 – 18:00.
Any person wishing to submit representations about the proposals should make them in writing to: Licensing Services, Gibson Drive, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4LZ or by email to licensing.services@tmbc.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 13th August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
