Notice is Hereby Given that I, Walter's Grocery House, have made an application for a new premises licence held at:

21 Green End, Whitchurch SY13 1AD

For the following days/hours:

Sale of alcohol (licensable activity):

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00am to 10:30pm

  • Sunday: 10:00am to 10:30pm

Premises opening hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00am to 11:00pm

  • Sunday: 10:00am to 11:00pm

The application provides for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours stated above.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Team at licensing@shropshire.gov.uk or to:

Shropshire Council

Shirehall

Abbey Foregate

Shrewsbury

SY2 6ND

within 28 days from the date of this notice.

or at the above address during normal office hours by arrangement with the Licensing Team.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
