NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Khadijeh Kiani Dehkordi has applied for grant of premises licence for New Charcoal Hob, 379 Prescot Road, L13 3BS for provision of late-night refreshment (indoors/outdoors) Monday to Sunday from 2300hrs to 0200hrs. Hours open to the public Monday to Sunday 1500hrs to 0200hrs.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation via liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, or ring 0151 2333015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than 24th August 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made. Dated 27th July 2026
