We High Street Traders Ltd, have applied to Newham Council to Vary the Premises Licence for: J&R News, 437 High Street North, Manor Park, London, E12 6TJ. So as the following Licensable Activities may be provided: - To permit the provision of: Retail Sale of Alcohol for consumption Off the premises, Monday to Sunday 06:00hrs – 02:00hrs.

Newham Council’s Licensing Register is kept at the office of: The Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, London, E6 2RP, (open 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address or via our website: https://www.newham.gov.uk/Pages/Services/Premises-alcohol-and-entertainment-licence.aspx, no later than the 18/08/2026. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be based upon the Licensing Objectives, the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
