NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Derby City Council by Saint Soldier Investments Ltd in respect of 1 - 5 The Wardwick, Derby, DE1 1HA for a new premises licence.
The proposed application is: To permit the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment: From 09:00 to Midnight on Sundays to Wednesdays. From 09:00 to 01:00 on Thursdays to Saturdays. To provide late night refreshment: From 23:00 to 00:30 on Sundays to Wednesdays. From 23:00 to 01:30 on Thursdays to Saturdays.
Details of the application may be requested by emailing licensing@derby.gov.uk, by prior appointment, or in writing to The Licensing Team, Derby City Council, The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS.
Any person or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address no later than 20 August 2026.
