Notice is hereby given that CG Three60 Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for 360 General Store, 13 Silvercroft Street, Manchester M15 4ZB.
The proposed application is to permit the sale of alcohol from 06:00 until 02:00 Mondays to Sundays (off the premises), and from 12:00 until 24:00 Mondays to Sundays (on the premises), with Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 02:00 Mondays to Sundays.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 19th August 2026 stating the ground for making said representation to: Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, Manchester M60 2LA.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.manchester.gov.uk/licensing and following the links.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
