NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that we Beyond Ashgrove Ltd. have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the Variation of a premises licence in respect of Beyond Coffee Co, 14 Bankfield Lane, Kirkheaton, Huddersfield, HD5 0JG
To change the sale of alcohol hours each day to 9am - 11pm
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Service, PO Box 720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 25 Aug 2026 Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
