NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that MIA MUSICA PUB has applied to Luton Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the premises known as:
MIA MUSICA PUB
2 Cobham Street, Luton, LU1 3BS
The application is to vary the opening hours of the premises as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 02:00
Sunday: 07:00 - 01:00
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:
Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, George Street, Luton, LU1 2BQ
Representations must be received no later than 13 August 2026.
The application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
