Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to East Suffolk Council on 21 July 2026 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, Felixstowe Road, Purdis Farm, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 8TQ to vary the layout of the premises to allow self-service checkouts in accordance with the submitted plans; to remove the current Premises Licence conditions and replace with updated conditions.
This application may be viewed at: EAST SUFFOLK COUNCIL, East Suffolk House Riduna Park, Station Road, Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1RT AND Riverside, Canning Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0EQ.
Dates between which representations may be made to the Licensing Authority: 22 July 2026 and 18 August 2026.
Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Suffolk Council (as the Licensing Authority) at one the above addresses, or by e-mail to licensing@eastsuffolk.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
