LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Admiral Taverns Limited has applied to North Tyneside Council in respect of Spring Gardens Inn, Albion Road West, North Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE29 0JD for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

The purpose of this application is to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol and opening so that they commence at 09:00 daily (currently 11:00 daily). There are to be no other changes to the licence.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, NE12 6UB.

Representations must be received no later than the end of 21st August 2026. The application Record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.northtyneside.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
