A copy of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at Licensing, Hertsmere Borough Council 3 Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 9SR Or via the licensing authority's website, at licensing. services@hertmere.gov.uk. A responsible authority or any other person may make representation to the licensing authority in respect of this application. Representations must be made in writing, Either by post to the above address, Or by email to licensing. services@hertmere.gov.uk and must be received no later than (28 days after the date on which your application was made) The application was made on 09/07/2026.
