NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I Christopher Lalousis have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Greek Grill, 40b Old Bank Road, Mirfield, WF14 0HY for The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday between 17:00 and 22:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 26/08/2026
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
