What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland Limited to the Licensing Authority of Great Yarmouth Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Nando's, Gapton Hall Road, Great Yarmouth NR31 0NL. The application includes the following terms:-
1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.
2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment indoors and outdoors between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@great-yarmouth.gov.uk any time up to and including 13th August 2026.
