Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the Sir Henry Segrave, 93-97 Lord Street, Southport, PR8 1RH.
The application seeks to vary the plan attached to the premises licence and to remove the children’s hours conditions in Annex 2 of the premises licence as the premises will be operating as a hotel.
There are no other changes to the premises licence.
This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council’s Website at www.sefton.gov.uk.
Any representations to the application shall be in writing andshould be lodged with the Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than Friday, 21st August 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
