The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hodge Centre, Stanley Way, SKELMERSDALE WN8 8EE, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Details can be obtained from the Council’s website: https:// www.westlancs.gov.uk/licensing Any ‘Interested Party’ may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application by 24th August 2026. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction anyone doing so is liable to an unlimited fine.
