NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st of July 2026 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Knowsley Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains Huyton 2, Wilson Road, Huyton, Liverpool L36 6AD. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06:00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Knowsley MBC Licensing Service Environmental Health and Consumer Protection 2nd Floor, York on Building Archway Road, Knowsley, Merseyside L36 9FB no later than the 18th of August 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Knowsley Licensing Authority and the record of the application may be inspected by members of the public between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the above address or please ring 0151 443 2300 to arrange an appointment www.knowsley.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
