NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Tropique has applied to Licensing Authority, Birmingham City Council for a premises licence in relation to Tropique, 433-435 Dudley Road, Birmingham, B18 4HD to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Supply of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises Sunday to Thursday 11:00hrs to 23:00hrs, Friday to Saturday 11:00hrs to 00:00hrs. Live and Recorded Music and Late Night Refreshments Friday to Saturday 23:00hrs to 00:00hrs Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing
Any person who wishes to make a representation must do so in writing preferably to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or by post to General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. Such written representation must be received by 21/08/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
