We, Taste from Hungary Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied on 27th July 2026 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Hungarian Soul, 94 Mill Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB1 2BD

The application is for:

* The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises only, Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 23:00.
* Background recorded music indoors only, Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 23:00.
* Opening hours of the premises, Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 23:00

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by 24th August 2026 to :
Commercial & Licensing Team, Environmental Services, Cambridge City Council, PO Box 700. Cambridge, CB1 0JH.
Representations may also be submitted via the online Licensing Register at www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences.
All representations will be published in full unless you advise Cambridge City Council that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Council’s website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
