The variation includes licensing the garden area. The change of trading name to Parade Hotel Bath, Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.
Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 17th of August.29 Days from application.
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
