To whom it may concern: We, Tesco Stores Limited, Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Spelthorne Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at: 6-7 Avenue Parade, Lower, Sunburyon- Thames, TW16 5HS and known as Tesco Express
The application is to provide:-
Sale of alcohol by Retail for consumption off the Premises; Monday to Sunday from 06:00 – 00:00
Late Night Refreshment; Monday to Sunday from 23:00 – 00:00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB or by email to environmental.health.commercial@spelthorne.gov.uk not later than 18/08/2026.
Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
