TAKE NOTICE that we Newton-le-Willows Cricket Club have applied to North Yorkshire Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a club premises certificate in respect of premises known as Newton-le-Willows Cricket Club Pavilion, Station Road, DL8 1SP
FOR supply of Alcohol to members - Monday 12:00 - 23:00, Tuesday 12:00 - 23:00, Wednesday 12:00 - 23:00, Thursday 12:00 - 23:00, Friday 12:00 - 23:00, Saturday 12:00 - 23:00, Sunday 12:00 - 23:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to licensing.west@northyorks.gov.uk or Licensing, North Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Boroughbridge Road, Northallerton, DL7 8AD by 13th August 2026. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
