NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Havant Borough Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Elettra Avenue,
Waterlooville, PO7 7TZ. The proposed licensable activity
is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.
Written representations can be made to the Licensing
Authority at Licensing Department, Havant Borough
Council, Public Service Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant,
Hampshire, PO9 2AX any time up to and including 20th
August 2026. A register of applications can be inspected at

www.havant.gov.uk


It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
