Any ‘Interested Party’ or ‘Responsible Authority’ may make representations to the council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 25th July 2026. The last day for representations will be 30 August 2026. All representations shall be made in writing to the above address or licensing@ynysmon.llyw.cymru It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is unlimited.
