PUBLIC NOTICE Licensing Act 2003
Take notice that CAFEOZ LTD of 23 Albion Street, Broadstairs, Kent CT10 1LU has applied to Thanet District Council, PO Box 9, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as NO23 Brunch under the above Act.

The licensable activities applied for are: Supply of Alcohol (On the Premises): Mon-Thu 08:00-23:00, Fri-Sat 08:00- 00:00, Sun 08:00-22:30. Recorded Music: Mon-Thu 08:00-23:00, Fri-Sat 08:00-00:00, Sun 08:00-22:30.
Any representation in respect of the application should be made using the form on the Council’s website before 13 August 2026.
