PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Virtual Golf Enterprises Ltd has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for Golf Lounge Tortworth, Unit 10, Tortworth Business Park, Charfield Road, Tortworth, GL12 8HQ. The application is for the following licensable activities: - Sale of alcohol for consumption ON the premises: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:30.

Full details of the application can be inspected on the licensing register during normal office hours at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, BS37 7PN.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application must do so in writing to South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD, or via email to licensing@southglos.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 16 August 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
