We (Porthilly Spirit Distillery Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Beach known as Baby Bay or Pentireglaze Haven in New Polzeath OS grid reference: (50.5799789,-4.9175167) Polzeath
The application is to: Sell alcohol for consumption on the premises only between the hours of 1200 and 22:30 daily in the months between May and September inclusive.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@ cornwall.gov.uk not later than 12/08/2026
