NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Gunpowder Empire Marylebone Ltd has applied to Westminster City Council on 16 July 2026 to vary the premises licence at Peacock & Empire, 34 George Street, London, W1U 7DP so as to (A) vary the layout plans to reflect changes to layout, (B) Add the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 23:00 each day; and (C) Amend the licence conditions, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 13 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
