Notice is hereby given that London Auction Xchange Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 16/07/2026 for a new premises licence for, London Auction Xchange Ltd, 156 New Cavendish Street, W1W 6YW.
The proposed application is to permit: Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00am–23:00pm. Sale of Alcohol: On the premises, Monday to Sunday, 9:00am–23:00pm. Off the premises (online sales only), 24 hours. Customer attendance and collections by appointment or invitation only. No public access or activities at the premises after 23:00 hours.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 13/08/2026, 28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
