What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE
Mr Andrew Chandler hereby confirms by way of notice an application has been submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for a full variation of the premises licence in respect of :- Leek Rugby Club, Altrad Park, Willow Drive, St Edward’s Park, Cheddleton, Staffordshire, ST13 7BJ.

The variation is seeking to:-
• To incorporate a patio with a mobile bar (located at the front of the existing clubhouse on the ground floor) as part of the Premises licensed area.

Licensable activities applied for in respect of the above outside area:-

• Films, Live and Recorded Music and anything similar to
music and dance:- Everyday:- 12:00 – 21:00

• Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:-
Everyday:- 12:00 – 21:00

• Proposed opening hours for the outdoor area only:-
Sunday to Thursday:- 12:00 – 21:00
Friday and Saturday:- 12:00 – 21:30

A Register is held at the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected at the offices of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, ST13 6HQ by appointment between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed here: http://www.staffsmoorlands.gov.uk/article/443/Current-licenceapplications   

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Licensing Team by 17 August 2026.
