We Chic O Land Food Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames on the 17th July 2026 for a variation of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Hot Rod Burger, 69 Surbiton Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2HG. from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 on the premises and 23:00 to 03:30 by collection until 02:00 and delivery until 03:30 Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Team, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU, or online at www.kingston.gov.uk.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 consecutive days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 14/08/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
