NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Paul Kells of PK Trading has applied to Cornwall Council for a Premises Licence in respect of The Tiny Thai15c East Street,, Newquay TR7 1DN

The application is for the provision of the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and off premises.

The proposed hours for the sale of alcohol are Monday to Sunday 12pm to 12am.

The premises is intended to operate as a restaurant.

The application may be inspected at the offices of Cornwall Council Licensing Service, and representations may be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by 19th August 2026
