What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given by Colliers Belfast Ltd, acting on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council Property that on 28th July 2026 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence.
The application is in respect of the premises Riverside Shopping Centre, Centre Manager's Office, Unit 7A, Riverside Quay, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 2LJ and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements.
The application relates to the performance of plays, the exhibition of films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performances of dance, entertainment of a similar description and the supply of alcohol (on and off the premises).
Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 25th August 2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with the application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
