Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence
Take notice that Nishwanth UK Ltd has applied under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Middlesbrough Council (the licensing authority) for the grant of a premises licence for the premises at 4 Woodrow Avenue, Marton-in- Cleveland, Middlesbrough TS7 8EZ for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
The licensing authority’s register, which shall include a record of this application, is kept at the Licensing Office, Middlesbrough Council, Middlesbrough House, 50 Corporation Road, Middlesbrough TS1 2RH and may be inspected there during normal office hours or viewed online at www.middlesbrough.gov.uk
Any representation to this application must be made in writing and received by the licensing authority by no later than 20 August 2026. Representations can be sent to the Licensing Office at the above address or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
