What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that IPA Brands Ltd has applied to London Borough of Ealing for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Premium Drinks Outlet, 309 Elveden Road, Park Royal, London, NW10 7ST.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 07:00 and 20:00 on Mondays to Fridays, between 09:30 and 16:30 on Saturdays and between 09:30 and 16:00 on Sundays.

Public opening hours between 09:30 and 18:00 on Mondays to Fridays, between 09:30 and 16:00 on Saturdays and between 09:30 and 16:00 on Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk no later than 13th August 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
