What is proposed?

Application has been made by Whitbread Group Plc to the Licensing Authority of Waverley Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Farnham Premier Inn at Bourne Mill Business Park, Guildford Road, Farnham, Surrey.

The application includes the following terms:- 1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00 and 00:30 hours seven days a week to non-resident for consumption on and off the premises and 24 hours a day seven days a week for residents. 2. To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application. 3. To enable the provision of Film when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol. 4. To enable the provision of late-night refreshment.

A copy of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below or at www.waverley.gov.uk/publicregister. A responsible authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to Licensing Section, Waverley Borough Council, Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey. GU7 1HR by not later than 19th August 2026 stating the grounds on which the representation is made. Written representations may also be made by e-mail to: licensing@waverley.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
