Sip Coffee and Wine Limited - Notice is given that an application has been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a premises licence at 48 St John Street, Ashbourne, DE6 1GH. It is proposed to licence the premises to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 09:00 and 23:30, Monday to Sunday.

Representations may be made in writing between 18/07/2026 and 14/08/2026 (representations must contain the full name and address of the person making the representation, and a contact telephone number). Representations should be sent to: Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3NN.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
