It is proposed to licence the premises to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 09:00 and 23:30, Monday to Sunday.

Representations may be made in writing between 18/07/2026 and 14/08/2026 (representations must contain the full name and address of the person making the representation, and a contact telephone number). Representations should be sent to: Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3NN.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
