Notice is hereby given that Powerleague Fives Limited has applied to Stockport Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence it holds at Powerleague, Craig Road, Heaton Mersey, Stockport SK4 2AP to permit: A variation of the layout to permit the use of a viewing space adjacent to the Padel Tennis Court the location of which is shown on the plan attached to the application and to further vary to permit off sales. It is confirmed that the hours permitted for licensable activity are not to change under this application. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing by the closing date given to: The Licensing Officer (2003), Environmental Health and Trading Standards Service, Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport SK1 3XE Or you can email licensing2003@stockport. gov.uk to request sight of the application or make representation giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 14th August 2026. Representations must include your full name and address. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale. Dated this 17th day of July 2026.
