We, Tesco Stores Limited have applied to Nottingham City Council for the variation of a Premises Licence for the above premises. The variation proposes to: amend the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday to 06:00-23:00.
Amend conditions 1 & 2 attached to Annex 3 of the Premises Licence. Full details shown in the application.
The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Communities, Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 12/08/2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
