Notice is given that Shubha Prabhat Giri, applied to Hackney Council for a Premises Licence at: 582 Kingsland Road, London, E8 4AH, in order that the following Licensable Activities can take place; The Supply of Alcohol On The Premises between the following times; Sunday to Thursdays 12:00 – 01:30. Friday to Saturdays 12:00 – 02:30. Late Night Refreshment and Recorded Music between the following times Sunday to Thursdays 23:00 – 01:30. Friday to Saturday 23:00 – 02:30.
The Licence Register listing details of the application is held at: The Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY, (Tel: 020 8356 4970). Details are also available on-line at: www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by The Licensing Service at the above address, by no later date than the 13th of August 2026. Residents and business in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on Licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
