- Update the internal layout plan attached to the premises licence.
- Amend the site trading name to Shell Barry.
- Remove all conditions on Annex 2 and Annex 3 on the premises and replace them with up-to-date conditions consistent with the operating policies of the new premises licence holder.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Section, The Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry CF63 4RU between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk by 14th of August 2026.
