LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATICN FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREVISES LICENCE

I Mr Sun Shine, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:

Onslow Off Licence, 25 Onslow Road, Southampton SO14 0JD

The application is for variation of the premises licence as follows

Details of proposed variation

To Remove Condition 1 in Annex 2

To Remove Condition 8 in Annex 2

This will allow sales on premises after 00.00 hrs.

All other conditions and licensable hours to remain the same.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 18:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la0gregister) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 23rd July 2026 and 21st August 2026

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
