LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Wineify Limited has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 14 July 2026 to vary the premises licence at Vagabond, Unit A3.1, 12 Park Drive, London, E14 9ZW so as to vary the appended plans to reflect changes to layout, and extend the terminal hour for late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol to 01:00 Wednesday to Saturday plus non-standard timings, with a closing time 30 minutes thereafter, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or by email: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk to be received by no later than 11 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
