VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited has applied in respect of Water Tower, 160 Park Lane, Tilehurst, Reading, RG31 4DU for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To amend the hours for licensable activities on Fridays and Saturdays only as follows: Sale of Alcohol (on & off sales) - 1000 – 0000 (currently 2300). Late Night Refreshment - 2300 – 0030 (currently 2330). There are to be no changes to opening hours as these are not listed on the licence. To remove Christmas Day & Good Friday restrictions and add extensions for Sundays preceding Bank Holidays. To amend the premises licence plan in accordance with the submitted drawing (drawing number GK 353 18) to increase the licensed area to include the external area to the rear. To remove a condition relating to alcohol deliveries and amend conditions relating to CCTV, Challenge 25 and Staff Training.
