APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A
PREMISES LICENCE

We, Inglenook Inns & Taverns Holdings (104) Ltd,
HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application for a
variation to a Premises Licence has been
submitted to Rotherham Council in relation to
premises known as Red Lion and situate at 10
High Street, Wath on Dearne, Rotherham, South
Yorkshire, S63 7QG, a brief description of the
changes being sought by the application being as
follows: To amend the hours as follows; Sale of
Alcohol Sunday - Thursday 09:00 – 00:00 and
Friday – Saturday 09:00 – 02:00, Regulated
Entertainment Sunday – Thursday to 10:00-00:00
and Friday - Saturday 10:00-02:00, Late Night
Refreshment Friday and Saturday to 23:00-02:00
Opening Hours 09:00-00:30 Sunday - Thursday
and 09:00-02:30 on Friday and Saturday, to amend
the plans which accompany the premises licence
and to remove conditions which are no longer
relevant and replace with more suitable conditions.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and be made no later than 14th
August 2026 to the relevant Licensing Authority,
the postal address and, where appropriate, the
world wide web address (where the register of the
authority is kept and where the record of the
application may be inspected) being as follows:
