We Il Sapore LTD hereby give notice that we have applied on 25th July 2026 for a ‘Sale of Alcohol for Consumption on Premises Only’ licence to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Il Sapore of 12B Victoria Avenue, Cambridge, CB4 1EH.
The application is for: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only.
Every Tuesday - Sunday from 11:00 am - 22:00 pm.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by 22th August 2026 Cambridge City Council to: Commercial & Licensing Team, Environmental Services, Cambridge City Council, PO Box 700. Cambridge, CB1 0JH or via the online Licensing Register at www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences
All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
