Notice is given that, Mr. Shahistanoor Dowlatzay has applied London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 Premises details 106 Brick Lane, London, E1 6RL The licensable activities and timings are: Late Night Refreshment for a restaurant: from 11:00pm to 00:00am (Midnight) Sunday to Thursdays, and from 11:00pm to 01:00am Fridays to Saturdays including Bank Holidays. No alcohol will be sold at the premises. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Section, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ or by email: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk Website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk Tel: 020 7364 5008 Representations must be received no later than 19/08/2026 Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies Of the full representations (including personal details) will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
