What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES CERTIFICATE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Learie Constantine West Indian Co. LTD. has applied to Brent Council on 10 July 2026 to vary the use of the premises at 43-47 Dudden Hill Lane, London, NW10 2ET for Club Activities at the following times: Mondays to Thursdays 2pm to 11pm. Fridays 2pm to 1 am. Saturdays 2pm to 3 am. Sundays 2pm to 11pm. (AS REQUIRED)

The centre is used extensively for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Independent Celebrations by other Caribbean Countries, Funeral Receptions and other activities. Accordingly, a variation is also requested to start serving alcohol from 14.00 hours as opposed to 19.00 hours at present.
